hi there!
MEET THE ARTIST
I am Katherine, the artist behind Kat Paule Studio. Initially, I used Katfish Arts as my signature, then decided to use my own name in 2022, to see my actual name on my original arts. I am a self-taught freelance artist from Philippines. I am currently residing in Malaysia. I started my art experience from watercolor painting in 2016, then explored leather bag painting in 2017; and began painting on canvas and practice digital arts using Photoshop in 2019.

I am BS Chemical Engineering graduate from University of the Philippines in Diliman (UPD), and an experienced Demand Planner in Supply Chain Management, and then surprisingly an AMATEUR ARTIST. If You Tube Channel has graduation, I could have received few skills' certifications. I watched and learned painting techniques, Photoshop editing, and more in You Tube. So thanks great artists for sharing!

I grew up liking arts and crafts but I never thought that someday I will decorate my house wall with paintings I created, that there are many people who are art lovers too, and can appreciate and like then buy your works. I have created few paintings now (2020), some were recreations requested by my clients and some were originals. At this stage, I am still in search of my own painting style, but I am more inclined with abstract plus portrait style.

I hope of becoming a professional artist, and have my own exhibit. Someday!...
