These are parts of the terms and conditions when purchasing our products, both digital and hardcopies. It includes copyright notice, return policy, and shipping and delivery.
Copyright Notice
All artwork and content on the Kat Paule Studio website (and social media) are the sole property and copyright of Kat Paule Studio including after purchase. Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Katherine Paule, the artist. Kat Paule Studio retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of whether or not the original image has been sold. Additionally, the purchase of any work does not grant permission to mint the piece into an Non-fungible Tokens (NFT). Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes please contact us.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee including duties, taxes and courier warehousing (if shipped international) will be shouldered by the customer. Actual shipping quotation will be given to the customer prior to delivery to courier, to be paid by customer first before actual shipping. Payment receipt copy will be provided to the customer. Multiple international couriers are available (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc), if the customer has no preference; the lowest quotation from different couriers will be chosen.
Shipping Mode
Delivery can be done via sea or air-freight depending on the customer budget; but we prefer shipping by air to avoid possible damage on the artwork.
Packaging
Packaging will be included on the final artwork price. Large paintings are usually delivered as roll canvas (frameless), to save on shipping fee. The bulkier and heavier the package, the more expensive is the shipping cost.
Recipient Info
The customer will be responsible on providing the correct shipping information such as recipient name, contact number and address.
Tracking
Tracking number or a link will be provided to the customer for delivery information such as expected time of arrival (ETA) and delay information. Tracing can be monitored on courier's website.
Return Policy
Please read the product descriptions carefully (medium; size; type of art (print/canvas paint/canvas print; etc) before product purchase. Refund will not be given if the order and actual delivery is the same.

Customer shall confirm the receipt of the package after checking the product ordered within three calendar days after delivery date. Refund will be given if the product received has damage due to delivery service, or wrong product delivery. In order to be eligible for the product refund, the customer must deliver back the package within 14 calendar days. The product must be in the same condition as you received it.

Once the package has been delivered and has been confirmed, we are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the customer. It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.
